Poor service

Some weeks ago I bought 3*grandpa sachets from Total Garage Beacon bay .When I opened one grandpa it was so stiff I just ignore and drink it. The second one was fine. Yesterday when I try to open it, it was sticking to the paper. I visited the garage to show them but unfortunately, I lost the slip, I told the ladies I just came with the grandpa so that they can see it I am not interested on money. Those ladies used to say when I am visiting garage that I am so scarce but yesterday they look like they do not recognize me. What angers me most they say they will look at it but they did not take my name or my contact.
