Pathetic service

Im still waiting for my order to be delivered. After the company said online they use aramex courier and the slimming tablets will be delivered with in 24 hours. Its almost been two weeks since Ive made payment. I mailed them 4 times, paid R550. 00 and still no feedback as of yet.

There is no telephone number as to where I can a hold of them. They also mention they mail you back in a matter of 2 hours.
