Rude Expensive Bad Quality Restaurant in Montevideo 470, Buenos Aires

As a foreigner in Buenos Aires, I was treated really rudely by the Asian lady at the pay point. She refused to give me the correct change, saying she did, and then said she didn't have change to give me, after I saw her give two other people directly before me the correct change. She must have thought because I was not a Spanish speaker she can get away with it. It was already expensive for the amount of food I got. Also the food choices are not a lot, and after eating it, it was really not that good. I would NOT recommend anyone going to support them. Rude and unfriendly.
