Ftrade Refuses to Honour a Withdrawal in full

In November last year i opened an account with Ftrade in order to do Binary Trading. I funded the account with GBP500. I then received a call from a Monica Borelli saying that GBP500 was insufficient to make real money with and that \we"would increase it by GBP700. I assumed that the \""we\"" was Ftrade (they give welcome bonusses in order to hook you properly)"
