Hoping for Assistance

I have been dropped by senior account handler. Didnt receive the necessary guidance/instructions/tutoring required. Not responding to emails & requests to phone me. Handler was very keen to get me to apply for a loan that I cant afford to pay back, assuring me that it will be made back in a few days. Well I lost almost all of it & now I cant get the required assistance to try recover +/- R150 000. I dont have the big bucks for them to spend time on me.
