I like that the platform takes user feedback seriously. I’ve seen features get added or improved based on what people ask for. That makes me feel like they actually listen to their traders instead of ignoring suggestions. It shows they want to build a better experience, which is rare. Makes me more confident sticking around long-term, knowing my voice can matter here.
