Good day My Name is Happiness I'm so very irate how FTI ARTONEYS handle the customers as i ask for the setlement qoute which i paid and they were suppose to send the letter to me which shows that i'm nolonger owe them but they didnt they said i still owe them R23 for bank charges and i fail to understand because i paid them more money
