I’d like to registered the terrible service I had received from one of your consultant Tihani.

I had received a call from one of the third party whom she called, asking for my contact details.

The third party refused to give out my contact details and felt that he was harassed and also the person whom Tihani called now accused me of giving out their contact details to a third party without their approval.

She also called my former employer requesting to speak to me, yet I’m no longer employed and I’m a uber driver!!

I’ve made payment arrangement with TFG and I offered to pay R420 to the account I had signed with. Only TFG will receive my payment as contracted to them.

I do not appreciate the fact that you already made arrangements on my behalf and sending the banking details without my agreement!!

It does not mean that when your Debtors Aging Analysis target is not reached then you have to force or harass people to meet your targets.

I’ll choose what is best for my financial wellbeing regarding this account and which institution I will pay.

I You are just a debtor collector and stop forcing me to agree to something I DO NOT WANT!! You are nothing to me and I’ll choose what is best for my financial wellbeing

Once payment has been done as arranged with TFG I’ll send POP.

I’m requesting the following documents

1. Mandate Letter from TGF 2. Purchase agreement of my loan account 3. Statement 4. List of the contact people she claimed she has received from TFG that I had authorised to be called and a contract thereoff.
