Terrible company with employees with poor work ethic

Spoke to Lebogang from this company who was very rude to me on whatsapp, later she had then called me as I made time for her... Instead of coming to an arrangement she threatened to garnish my salary when I told her I couldnt afford to pay the full balance on my account. She kept speaking above everything I was saying. This company needs to understand people dont get themselves in situations like this by choice. It was the most upsetting call i had ever received especially in the situation I am in. This person represents this company very poorly. She spoke to me as if my situation didn't matter and barely even let me explain anything. When I told her I'd like to pay in cash via deposit or at the store, she refused and said she will garnish my salry instead. This person also had very little knowledge about alot of things and her information was incorrect too.
