SETTLEMENT and PAID UP LETTER REQUEST

Pathetic service still waiting for my paid up letter after a month and half settling the account with them. My account was handed over by TFG to them who is now BASH , account has been settled they are telling me of 3 months up until I get my paid up letter I have advised both companies I need the paid up letter ASAP there’s things I need to do that requires the paid up letter. They have been pulling me from pillar to post FTI says BASH must issue me with paid up letter where my account was handled by them. I am currently working for a financial Institution I know how settlements work. BASH is also referring me to FTI such poor service for such a big company like BASH. Very disappointed so unprofessional.
