Queen of Harassment at FTI

This very rude and unprofessional lady by the name of Queen needs to learn to respect people and treat them with integrity. Just because I have a debt doesn't mean she can violate my human rights. I have acknowledged my debt yet she felt like she's entitled to threaten me. We pay according to affordability. She doesn't know what my expenses are. She needs to be addressed accordingly. I would understand if I refused to pay but I didn't.
