Paid up letter

Hi Hello peter

I have a an issue with the company called FTI Attorneys…they where the 3rd party debt collections for my TFG account which I was owing

So I paid it up last month on the 21st but they are refusing to give the Paid up letter saying I have to wait for 3 months for me to get -it.

I have been requesting for the hard copy of the policy which say or speculate such. Cause I honestly find it unfair that I have to

Wait for 3 months to get such letter as I never had of such…when I ask why such a long period am told that its because they are

Afraid that I might reverse the debit and which I don’t even have the Authority or the access to do that on my App as am the one who Authorized the debit

And by so doing that I have Automatically lock the feature of reversing the Debit order in any way .can you kindly please intervene as I spoke to Lerato Ntsotjo

And Also spoke to Ofetse and the person who was dealing with my account is Primrose and am always told they will follow do follow up and get back to me and lying to me saying mangers are in the meeting.
