Lack of Empathy

The worst attorney to exist in the history of attorneys. Their accounts department offered me a discount of only R200 out of a debt of R4700. Meaning the discount percentage is less than 5%. I tried to negotiate for a higher discount and they couldn’t be bothered. What’s the point??!
