Harrassed by FTI Attorneys and collections on a paid up account!

I have been hounded for months on end by FTI Attorneys and their representatives about an @home account that has been settled in April 2025 and they themselves sent me a paid up letter on the account but till this day on a weekly basis i get a call from them one of them is Paballo Aphane to which i have explained and sent emails with the very paid up letter they themselves sent me to please sort themselves out and update the credit bureau to update my profile as their inadequacy to timeously update their client's profile has badly affected my profile and i am tired of having a back and fourth of this issue with calls hung up on my ear by Paballo's superior as well!!!
