Harassment

Although every single payment of mine has been on time, FTI insist on calling me as much as possible to the point where I am feeling harassed. I have asked countless times that they do not call me as I am being charged for all the calls and they do not make any effort whatsoever to make note that all my payments are up to date and on time. This tactic of yours is starting to feel a bit like you do it on purpose to get more out of me?
