Great Customer Service

I have been calling FTI and couldn't get through to any consultant which was very frustrating. I finally got helped by a lady by the name of Ofentse after a long struggle, such a lovely and patient lady. She helped with a request to settle my account, I requested banking details and she was so patient with me while I struggled with receiving an sms which was sent. She even resorted to sending me an email with banking details as per tele communication. I got the email and made a payment for my account. Now I'm just waiting for the payment to clear so that I can get a paid up letter,I was advised that latest should be Monday. I'm so thankful for your professionalism and such client care Ofentse.
