Fti Attorneys - not allocating payments

Mahlatsi from FTI Inc contacted me about a settlement discount on my FOSCHINI account on the 12th of October 2023. She said that once she received proof of payment via watsapp and she would sent me a paid up letter. Today I received an sms that my debt was not paid. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. Mahlatsi is absolutely ***********. She did not even bother to acknowledge receipt of the proof of payment. Someone from this bull**** company to contact me immediately!!!
