Exemplary conduct

I write my review overwhelmed by gratitude to FTI Attorney,particularly Lerato Tsotsjo who showcase a quick thinking and excellent problem skill to resolve the impasse I had when I discovered that the amount to settle the account had since accumulated some charges and as a result exceeded what I was having in my bank she escalated the issue to the high enchelon and negotiated a discount which subsequently expedited the settlement. Lerato Tsotsjo professionalism and efficiency was impeccable and consistent,she provided her assistant even after I have settled the accounts at a time I needed a paid up letter and one agent I couldn't name failed to assist me let alone to listen to me,however Lerato went beyond my excpectation,she furnish me with the letter without any delay and deta what I have to do with that letter going forward,such dedication and passionate response hasn't gone unnoticed.
