EMPATHY IS EVERYTHING!!!!

I had to call in the FTI call centre in order to finalize debt payment, spoke to a nice lady by the name of Lerato who assisted me not only settle my debt but also promised to speak to the relevant department for a settlement discount based on my affordable at the time. she later followed up and also made sure that I do receive a discount on my debt. she was friendly, empathetic and also understanding to my situation. Thank you so much for making my embarrassing situation of getting into debt not so embarrassing!! wish the whole company is empathetic like her, good experience.
