Disgusting Service Received from Lerato Mtsotjo

I just called this company FTI Attorney's and spoke to a lady called Lerato Mtsotjo I called to make a payment arrangement for my TFG account that was handed over to them according to my last statement the beginning of this Month (1st June) She quoted me a settlement amount and told me that I cannot make a payment directly to Foschini and I will not receive a settlement letter even if I pay the full amount or settlement discounted amount if I pay at the store. She was extremely rude to me and kept laughing in my ear and very unprofessional, I shared my concerns of paying such a big amount into an account that I did not feel comfortable to pay in and requested that she send me the statement and settlement agreement to pay at Foschini directly...She advised she will email the information as well as the terms and conditions and then while I just wanted to confirm everything with her she dropped the line. I need help getting this agreement and request that I can pay at Foschini please.
