Bad service

Very bad service called to make an arrangement for payment as I have been unemployed for some time my accounts fell behind I finally got a job and started paying my accounts to which I need an arrangement for my same job in order to maintain employment given the country has a 40% unemployment rate it could be higher. I made an immediate payment yesterday into their account we all know an immediate payment is an immediate payment and accompanied that with my proof of payment. It’s now longer than 24 hrs no correspondence no arrangement letter yet they want me to honour my arrangement the irony is how can I continue to pay if I don’t receive the arrangement letter which could potentially affect my job and income so now how will they receive their funds thus putting us in a worse or situation all because they can’t send the arrangement letter I have done what they have asked now they can’t keep their word. On top of that they treat people like dirt it’s not right honestly given the current economic climate around the world and in SA. I’m extremely disappointed because the letter will take them less than 10 mins to complete an attached
