A Big Thank You to Mpumelelo Makhubo

I would like to take a moment to recognise Mpumelelo for the assistance I received with my debt account.

I contacted the company to make an arrangement, and honestly, I expected the usual stressful experience that comes with dealing with a collections company. To my surprise, Mpumelelo Makhubo was extremely professional, patient and genuinely willing to help. 😂

The agent took the time to explain everything clearly and assisted me with setting up a debit order arrangement. The debit order continued as agreed until the account was finally settled.

What stood out to me was the way Mpumelelo Makhubo handled the whole process. I was treated with respect and understanding, without feeling judged about my financial situation. It was actually refreshing to deal with someone in collections who made the process feel less like a collections call and more like someone genuinely trying to help you resolve your account.
