****** tv not my problem

<p>We engaged with FTH Transport in late May to transport and store my sons personal belongings. All was well and great and professional service. When we requested the return of the goods a month or so later, some items were delivered damaged and others dirty. Biggest issue though was that his tv was not returned, it was ****** out of their storage unit in a "security controlled storage park, patrolled 24/7/365 and monitored by cctv". When queried as to where the tv was we were told oh we had a break in and it's not our problem. Despite numerous engagements with Kobus, from FTH we have given up on the idea of being reimbursed for our loss. His comment we should have taken insurance. </p> <p> </p> <p>Be careful and be sure to get insurance and then hope you get your stuff back in the condition you handed over in.</p>
