Paid for nothing

<p>In summary I paid a furniture removal company (FTH Transport) to go and fetch a patio table for me in Wellington. I informed Kobus over the phone that he would need to take the table apart at his own discretion. On the day I received a call from the lady in Wellington who informed me that the men hadnt brought any tools so they couldn't take the table apart,Kobus ignored all 7 of her calls to inform him of the problem and the men just left without communicating what was happening,without the table.</p> <p>I then tried to contact him but no response. A good few hours later he mails me to say I never informed him about taking the table apart and if I want the table I'll need to pay him more money as well as pay for the tools they need. I Said that I wanted a full refund because had he answered his calls a plan could have been made and that he didn't do what I paid him to do and therefore doesn't deserve 1c. Also what removal company doesn't own any tools? It is apart of his job to ensure items are moved and fit into his truck etc etc</p> <p>Since then he has ignored every call and email and only paid me a small portion of what is owed.</p> <p>Never in my life have I had such unprofessional service from a man who clearly doesn't care about the client or good customer service. If you want to save yourself a lot of stress and money don't bother using FTH Transport.</p>
