11 weeks ago on 3rd March I paid R221 552 deposit to have a tuk tuk custom built by FT Shop. I was promised the project would take 8 weeks to build. I was hounded for payment as in messages multiple times a day and as soon as the money was deposited it has been a full time fight to get a single response. Emails do not get answered, there is absolutely no contact information on their website, no location address. The WhatsApp number doesn't answer calls, doesn't answer messages yet they are online. 3 weeks after the promised deadline and I still have nothing to show for the R221 552 money I paid. Regardless of how many times you beg and plead, Janet makes absolutely no effort to keep you informed about the project despite multiple requests for an implementation plan. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT TRUST this company. They are first class **** artists. Zero business ethics and these ****mers don't deserve to ***** another business's money.
