Given two quotes by two different ladies.

<p>I took my Nissan Micra 2006 DCI to FST Auto Services - Bosch Car Service Soweto Diepkloof and on a Monday that next week I got a call from a lady quoting me on the starter motor, labour and VAT inclusive for R3180.00. Well, it was a bit higher than Bosh Midrand and Bosh Booysens but I accepted it and gave them the permission to fix my car. She advised that my car will have to stay for another day and I did not have a problem with that. A day passed and I got another call from yet another lady quoting me on another thing they thought should be brought to my attention, and it was going to cost me around R10000.00 and I rejected that coz I did not have that kind of money by that time. Reason being of that rejection, she then told me that the previous lady who quoted me the last time gave me a wrong quote. That was a very confusing scenario that people who work in an organization be having different ways of doing things. She further told me that the right quote is R3600+something. I did not have a choice because by then they have already fixed my car and I did not know what to do. My Question is, how can this happen that I be given two quotes and just because I rejected their offer to skeem my engine top, then the labour goes up? That, I wanna know. I noticed that they doubled the labour on the second quote yet on the quote I got from Themba Auto Clinic in Midrand is the same labout the first lady quoted me on. Does bosch has different pricings?</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never ever in my life take my car to FST Auto Services - Bosch Car Service Soweto Diepkloof just to be incovenienced by the same staff that works on the same organization every day.
