I've had the most terrible experience with the security company i was at mohali Junction and the guys that were working night shift they bul**** me humiliated me and hold held me against my will while making threating remarks the gods allowed me to enter the premises using a code and I didn't know the person who I was talking of and they told me the person should give me a code to come out as I was uh vacating the premises they told me that that's not the correct code and I was never allowed to to go out so I decided to block the Perth uh we went uh back and forth with the security guards who insisted that I get a code whereas I do not know the person as I was doing driver i even I even had to call the South African police service to rescue me and what's more frustrating as I dialed the the control Center which is dative in operates 24/7 online but there was no response to the lines would closed so I was panicking the guard with threatening me and uh felt so defeated up until the South African police services decided to help me and the security guards declined to talk with the cops when the on on dial so please do something get you guys beta training and they should know the butt will be the principles as the ways they work it's very inhumane uh this happened on the 12th of August around 6:00 p.m. So I was uh held for two or three hours so uh had lost money and my service level as I was also on duty my service level dropped tremendously due to the security guys in competence

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of one of the security guards supervisor at the gate at Grand central Towers Midrand. This is not an isolated incident, but rather the third encounter my family has had with this particular security guard supervisor, who appears to be enforcing his own rules and exercising discretion in a manner that is inconsistent, unreasonable, and disruptive to residents and their visitors. The first incident occurred last year when my sister attempted to enter the complex using a valid access code. Despite the code working correctly, the security guard refused to grant her access without providing a reasonable explanation. The second incident involved my father, who is a pensioner. He also had a valid access code but was refused entry by the same security guard. I found this treatment particularly concerning given his age and the fact that he had comp**** with the access requirements. The third incident occurred today. My mother, who is elderly and well beyond pension age, accompanied us while we were bringing groceries into the complex. We intended to drive in briefly to unload the groceries because it would have been extremely difficult for her to carry them from the gate to the building. The security guard insisted that she get out of the vehicle and refused to accommodate the situation, by despite the practical circumstances and the fact that we were simply delivering groceries to our residence. After I confronted him about his behaviour and the way he was speaking to us, he appeared to retaliate by refusing to allow the vehicle access through the gate. As a result, we were forced to carry heavy groceries ourselves, including an elderly family member, despite there being no legitimate reason to deny us entry. It is deeply concerning that access to our residence can be determined at the discretion of a security guard based on his emotions or personal feelings following a disagreement. No resident should be denied reasonable access to their home because a security guard is upset or chooses to exercise authority unfairly. I pay rent to live here and should not be subjected to this type of treatment. Being denied access to my home, particularly after raising concerns about unprofessional conduct, is unacceptable and creates a hostile living environment rather than the safe and welcoming community that residents are entitled to expect. My concern is that this security guard repeatedly appears to create and enforce rules that have never been communicated to residents. He frequently questions visitors in a manner that seems excessive and inconsistent with the procedures known to tenants. Residents should not be subjected to arbitrary decisions based on a security guard’s personal discretion. We cannot continue to tolerate being harassed or treated unfairly by this security guard. This is our home, and it should be a place where residents feel safe, respected, and comfortable. This is a residential complex where families live, receive visitors, and manage their households. It is entirely normal for residents to have family members, elderly relatives, guests, and deliveries entering the property. Where visitors comply with the established access requirements, such as presenting identification or using a valid access code, they should not be subjected to unnecessary obstacles or ************. As a paying tenant, I have the right to enjoy my residence without being subjected to disrespectful treatment, ************, or the arbitrary enforcement of rules that have never been officially communicated to residents. This is not an isolated incident but part of a repeated pattern of behavior that has negatively affected my family and me on multiple occasions. While I fully support security measures that protect residents and property, these measures must be app**** consistently, professionally, and in accordance with official policies. Residents should feel comfortable in their homes and should not have to worry about whether visitors or family members will be denied access based on the personal judgment of a particular security guard. This issue extends beyond my personal experience. There are several residents who have expressed frustration with the conduct of certain security personnel. Unfortunately, there appears to be a culture where authority is exercised through ************ rather than professionalism and respect. What is particularly concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. There have been previous allegations of security personnel physically assaulting two residents within this complex. Such incidents raise serious questions about the company’s approach to staff training, supervision, accountability, and resident relations. I respectfully request that management investigate this matter, review the security guard’s conduct, and provide clarity regarding the official access procedures for residents and visitors. I would also appreciate feedback on what steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I am prepared to point of the security guard involved and any additional information required for the investigation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.
