Bad service / incorrect product delivered

I've order the Ultimate Memory Plus tablets, paid R699.00, only to get the wrong product. They've delivered Fat Burning Tablets. The bad thing is, when i tried to follow up via email or contact their helpline, they are now closed till the 5 January 2020. What do i do now. This is so so bad. I need someone to contact me urgently as the person who has to use the medication is now inconvenienced. It's not easy to sit with a family member who has Dementia, and in turn who has to suffer because of people not focussing on packaging the correct product.
