Worst service from insurance brokers - FSP Solutions

The worst insurance I have ever joined. I put in a claim for a microwave around Feb and they want me to look for a repairer saying its expensive to send repairer to collect. I put in a claim in Sept for my music system and took it to the agent i.e. Sound & Image and sent them the report on the 9th Sept to date it has not been settled and no comms from them. Now they are claiming they wanna take it somewhere else, which the company is all over Hellopeter for all sorts of problems people are experiencing with it (i.e. from equipment to service). You call and the guy whom is now dealing with my claim communicates via whatsapp only (i.e. calls and messages) promises without fulfilling. If you want to peace of mind don't go anywhere near this co.
