Worst Client Servicee Ever

<p>When attempting to cancel my policy FSP required my broker to authorise the cancellation - like she was payimg for it??? After multiple attemots to cancel everything on my name they have the audacity to debut a fee of R 325 for cancelling my policies with them. Companies tend to think if they have your banking details they have the rrighr to debit whatever they want. I will never recommmend this company to anyone EVER for insurance.</p>
