When will my claim be finalised???

<p>I sumbitted a claim on 17 January 2017. <em> </em>I was contacted and advised to take the car for assessment to DME in Vereeniging. That was the last time they contacted me about my claim. Since then I'm the one who has been making contact and everytime I'm told the assessor is out of office. Almost a month later I still don't know how far Theresa is with my claim or if it will ever be finalised. </p>
