Think Twice Before Choosing This Insurance

I would strongly advise anyone considering this insurance company to think carefully before signing up.

I faithfully paid my premiums for over a year and a half without ever submitting a claim. Unfortunately, when I finally needed to claim for damage to my rear-view mirror, my experience was extremely disappointing.

The reasons given for declining my claim lacked clarity and simply did not make sense to me. Despite asking for an explanation, I still do not have a clear understanding of why my claim was rejected. It is frustrating to pay for insurance in good faith, only to be told that I must personally cover the full cost of repairing the damage when I need assistance.

I also spoke to Melissa, who confirmed that I would be responsible for all the repair costs. This left me questioning the value of the cover I have been paying for.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this insurance company. If you're looking for an insurer that provides clear communication and support when you need to claim, I would encourage you to carefully consider your options before choosing this one.
