Terrible service on my time of need

Policy No ***1...…just had an accident today on my way to East London and i call you guys to ask for assistance and you tell me that my policy is not action and will only be active on the March 1;2021.

who in their right mind would have their premium paid on the 25 but not have cover until the next month......that **** is not going to fly with me. the sales call you referring to i am not going to accept that, in my right mind i would not agree to a policy being activated on another day and not on the day the premium goes off.
