RESPOND TO MY CLAIM!!

I was involved in accident on the 1st of June 2020 and i reported and lodged the claim on the same day . An assesor was appointed and i was told the car is a writeoff. An investigator was appoinyed to investigate the accident and he requested a list of documents about 14 of them including pictures of the accudent that i did not take becauee i was in shock..luckily the towing company guys took the pictures...i have been following uo witb them as it is so steessfulk to deal with them...they dont upddate you...i had to.call.someone seniot for me to get updates and till date my claim has not been finalised....its the 22nd of July almost 2 months later and the response im getging is that the claim is still with management....this is a response i have been getting from the end of last month... nothing more than the fact that the claim is still with management....im frustrated because i work in a hospital and i work long houra and yet i don't have a car... couurtessy car was taken strictly on the last day of last month....i don't know what to do do....this is pure torture...and they continue to det their.premiums...the frustration on being in an accident; losing your car now not having a car....FSP42617
