Policy cancellation.

Good day I have cancelled my car insurance end January 2021. For my vehicle that I no longer own. I have traded in the vehicle . FSP solutions is still debiting my account. Can I have this policy cancelled and refunded of any amount that has been deducted after cancellation notice. I have phoned then several times with no solution. My policy number is ***5
