Pay out of claim

<p>I have submitted a claim to FSP solutions a month back for ABSA cell INS as they are the administrators now. Biggest mistake ABSA could have done. I had to phone them for updates as they promised to phone back but nothing. I have spoken to several call agents, Mohammed, Lerato, Mohan, etc. but till today after i have requested for the director I get blocked and still don't have an answer. All they tell me is that they are referring this now to the insurer as it was a late claim. Also not sure what is late because as soon as I got an answer from Vodacom I filed a claim with them. Now after a month because they took their time with it they want to come with excuses. Wish ABSA want to change their administrators. Waiting now for a superior to phone me back.... let see if they keeping their promise this time. Will not recommend them to any of my family or friends.</p>
