No response for insurance claim

Hi I have been trying to get a insurance claim from FSP for a while now. No one has got back to me regarding my claim. Every time I phone Lyntasha she promises to call me back but to no avail. I do not know who else to contact. I am insured with them and no one is helping me. Can someone please let me know what is going on with my claim?
