Missing battery in my car in insurance care

<p>After My accident on the 13 April 2017 my car was towed to Rhino panel and towing. On the 21 April my car was picked up and taken to SMD in durban. The truck left Rhino at 15:11 which is Jacaranda Avenue and at exactly 15:27 the main battery was disconnected at D127 River View Kwazulu Natal. This is confirmed by my Tracker report. Now SMD is claiming theyre not liable for the missing battery because it arrived at their premises with no battery. Fair enough that is correct but now the mystery is who removed my battery if it was not their driver? My car is still in repairs till today with no battery. They want to test the car so i can have it back. I need to find out the ***** that took my battery out of my car without my permission and i want the battery back. I have all the proof that is needed. i just need to get to the bottom of this. I will not be taken for a ride by any insurance company. Oh and by the way i am sick of using public transport i want my car back.</p>
