I bought my car on the 10th of October 2023, a brand new car, so to be safe I didn’t want to drive my car without being insured. I paid R1700 to cover for the remaining days of the month. Then I was told that I have to pay another R1200 for the Broker ( B-SURE) to be precise. In total is R2900 from the 10th to the 25th. I was not happy to deal with the Broker and the insurance, then after paying R1700 I decided to cancel the insurance. However the debit went through on the 25th of R2400. I called them and they promised me to refund me after 40 days of which they did. Immediately after they paid the B-SURE debited R1200 again. So my point is this FSP and B-SURE is one thing, they are ****mers. Imagine covering a brand new car For R2900 for 15 days. So I want my R1200 back. South Africa please help me . Thank you
