Incorrect debits and terrible service

Over the past two months FSP / Constellation Financial Solutions has debited my account a total of 4 additional times, to the value of R3500. <br> <br> I have each time had to hassle my bank to reverse the charges. I have spoken with the provider each time. They refuse to see an issue and each time I am told it's not their problem.<br> <br> Their accounts department is clearly useless. Their customer care department is rude and offers zero help. They are barely interested. <br> <br> I have cancelled my Policy with FSP (although I am still being billed) and have moved to a new insurer. <br> <br> I would not recommend using the services of FSP / Constellation Financial Solutions, in fact I would advise against it. <br> <br> Regards,<br> Dissatisfied and disappointed
