A while back I had a terrible migraine headache at work on a Saturday. After work at one o'clock I drove straight home. I don't have anyone I can phone to fetch me and I did not have money for a taxi. On arriving home trying to park my car I bumped it really bad. I was not sure if my insurance would be able to assist. Quinton Putter the Client Services Manager got involved as I found out at the time with a upgrade that I was actually double insured. He was very kind and talk me through and explained everything so I could understand 'cause this was my first claim ever and I did not know how to go about it. A very big thank you to great service.
