FSP solation

I was involved in an accident on the 28 of February 2020 and there was a waiting period for the roll back to come thru which took them almost an hour to come. Thereafter they said that someone will go to check the damage on the vehicle and tell me the cost that took almost a week for them to get back to me. When they finally got back to me they said the cost and which panelbeaters it will be going to and that Flanagan's auto body they did another check on the car and they said it will take about 3 weeks to be done thereafter we had unfortunately had to go into lock down and they was closed , however when the lock down reopened this company had been pushing me and saying that the car is almost ready and its been 6 months going and I still don't have my car with me and in this time of need I don't have my car and gotta use a public transport to work and home which is unsafe with the covid19.
