FRUSTRATED WITH FSP SOLUTIONS AND ABSA INSURANCE

Where do I begin as I am in total disgust with the service I have received from FSP Solutions with regards to a claim that was lodged on the 9th of June 2020. My lapa with all its contents burnt to the ground on the 8th June 2020. I submitted my claim on the morning of the 9th of June and the assessor came out that very afternoon to assess damages and do the due diligence as protocol dictates. I was then advised that a contractor would be dispatched the next day to evaluate the damage. The contractor came promptly the next day and all seemed in order. Its been 3 and a half months and I have had to call every time to enquire as to the status of the claim which to date has not been finalized. At first I was told that they had all the documentation and it has been escalated to Management for assessment before being submitted to ABSA Insurance for approval. After almost 100 calls and 3 and a half months later I was told that additional documentation is required from our previous insurers from the past seven years. Why was this not communicated when we took out the policy because now we have to wait for an undetermined amount of time while they gather this additional information. What infuriates me is the fact that I have sent an email to the assessor and claims administrator on Friday the 18th September 2020 requesting as to what documents they were waiting for from Santam Insurance as well as an email again on Monday morning the 21 September 2020 to enquire what I can do to expedite the process and to date I have not received a response from either one. I called again this morning requesting to speak to management and was assured that they would get back to me and still no calls have been received. I am at my wits end as my home has been exposed and we are vulnerable to crime which we all know is on the rise in South Africa.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE WHO IS CAPABLE HELP US RESOLVE THIS ISSUE SOONEST!!!! BETWEEN FSP SOLUTIONS AND ABSA INSURANCE PLEASE DECIDE AND SORT OUT MY CLAIM NOW!!!!!
