Failed to refund my premium

Hi,<br> <br> I had terminated my insurance policy with them late in December 2015.<br> First of all they did not want to terminate my policy even after I had told them that I had sold my vehicle.<br> I mean I even gave them proof of the new owners insurance coverage.<br> Eventually with all the messing around they had terminated my policy.<br> By then my premium for January 2016 had already gone out.<br> They told me it would take 30 - 40 days to get a refund.<br> I phoned them about a week ago (March 2016).<br> Still no refund.<br> The person who was suppose to handle my case and give my refund is Nompilo Ndlovu.<br> Failure to refund my money will now be handed over to my laywers.<br> I cannot wait another 30 - 40 days.<br> One thing though, FSP was very efficient when it came to taking out my debit order.<br> I got all their calls recorded on my side as well as sms's and emails to show that they I had my policy cancelled.
