Disgusting Service!!! FSP36016

<p>i have been with FSP Solutions for nearlt two years, them being the broker to my vehicle insurance of new national, i had a motor vehicle accident on the 25/12/2016 (note the date!) i reported the accident with a Mr Mohammed Mia ( Aparent employee). he assured me that all procedures were to be followed and that he had opened my claim. it was then confirmed by Mohammed via teleohone call on the 06 January 2016 that my vehicle had been assesed and since written off. to my dismay i would no longer have a vehicle and therefore no mode of transport to get to work. i needed my insuarnace payout so as to try and find another second hand vehicle because being a new mom as well as working i cannot be without a vehicle!! today is the 01 February 2017 and my claim has still not been attended to!! well at least to my knowlegde! in the month that i have been ignored by Mr Mia, i have had to try and source lifts to work and home as well as FSP having the CHEE****! to still debit my bank account for the same vehicle that was written off!! how does one pay insurance on a vehicle that they no Longer own!!! this is the most disgusting service i have received, in fact it cant even be called service!! when ever i ask to speak to a manager i get told they are in a meeting or not at the office or on a phone call. i have finally managed to speak to a supervisor today 37 Days after my accident and am hopeful that i will actually receive some sort of feedbac**** advuce to all looking for insurance DO NOT USE FSP SOLUTIONS!!! ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING</p>
