Delay in processing car insurance claim

On the 21st of September 2015 I registered a car insurance claim and I provided my insurance with all necessarilly documents as requested. I was given a courtesy car until the no of days elapsed and yet my claim was not finalized, I was told that my car was a write off. To cut the long story short they haven't finalized my claim I had to buy another car on my own the very same car. Fsp solutions Absa insurance is a bad insurance I will never advice anyone to choose it , now I'm paying for a car that I don't have. I will only go for the well known insurances in future .They are delaying the payment so they pay less since the car depreciates in value, they don't care about their customers they only interested on collecting premiums. Fellow South Africans let us be vigilant when it comes to such insurances. When you call them they say all our consultant are currently busy give us your no we will call you back and they never call, then this other time decided to hold for them I was told I'm blocking their line they want to answer other calls.
