Delay in Insurance Claim

Good Day<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted for the service I got from Fsp Solutions. This is on going for the past 3 month. I reported a claim in September, no feedback is given, whenever I make contact with the call centre, I get no answers and get promise a callback when the Agent who is handling my claim return back to work. I reported this case on this Hellopeter site on 16 Nov 2015, not even Hellopeter got back to me, my daughter is sitting without a car, having to rely on public transport, which she is not use to, all because the insurance company I make use of is so unhelpful. I would like to see progress on this case!!!!!! I need to get this claim sorted a.s.a.p or else I'll go to the newspapers, I am beyond furious and can not wait to change my insurance, PLEASE MAKE CONTACT AND DO SOMETHING, I NEED THIS CLAIM SORTED, LIKE IN YESTERDAY!!!!!!
