Claim no: fsp32262

Since the 7th of September 2015 I have been struggling to sort out a claim with this company. When I do a follow up, I get informed that the person was off and back at work \today". this has been the case the last 3 times I phoned in a 2 week period. Since then there is no progress on the claim and I also do not receive regular updates on the progress thereof.<br> It seems that nobody else works on this matter if Lulu (as they call her) is not there. Each time I follow up there is apparently information outstanding? All required info was provided"
