Claim no. 33023 is taking too long to be approved

I had an accident on the 24th of December 2015 and had registered the claim with my insurance on the 30th of December. The very same day I was involved in an accident I had requested them to hire a car for me<br> since I was on my way to home but they couldnt assist me. After I had registered a new claim with them on the 30th I requested a courtesy car gain and I received no assistance still. I let it go, then I have been calling them asking about progress regarding my claim and they have been telling me they were still with the assesor's report.I further continued calling them then they had told me my claim has gone to management and they are still waiting for the management's decision. I kept on calling them they kept on telling me the same story. Then I asked for the assessor's report they sent it to me and it was stating that my car cannot be economically repaired, I had known about this way before I requested for assessor's report. Since I<br> have been trying to call them they have been telling they are still waiting for management's decision. Last month the monthly premium for my car was deducted since I am still owing the banking, this is due to<br> them delaying this whole process
