Bad service from Fsp solutions

My wife was involved in a motor accident on 11 May September 2023 with two other cars. She phoned the insurance company immediately after the accident and sent the required documents the followy wife ng day. Thankfully a courtesy car was arranged by Fsp solutions on 13 September after paying a deposit. Two weeks after the accident a rude assessor requested an appointment with my wife. The assessor met with my wife the following day, we are surprised the assessor wants tracking information but the wasn't ****** or high hacked. My wife is concerned about her safety and well-being as courtesy car will be taken shortly. The insurance company is not updating us on the valuation process. Please don't sign up with companies that treat customers badly.

We have perused your vehicle accident claim registered with us on 12 September 2023 and would like to give feedback as follows:
  1. 12 September: We appointed a loss adjuster to view the damages and determine the quantum of the claim.
  2. 13 September: We received a third party approach due to the cause of the accident.
  3. 15 September: We were notified that your vehicle had to be moved to one of our panel repairers due to the extent of damages sustained in the accident.
  4. 20 September: We appointed a loss adjuster on this large accident claim (that also has a third party approach) once the quantum on the claim had been determined and they attempted to get hold of you and left a message.
  5. 22 September: You had returned their call and an appointment was scheduled with you for 27 September.
  6. It is within our rights in terms of the agreement of insurance to appoint a loss adjuster when we deem it necessary. In your case it was deemed as necessary.
  7. We may also request any information and documentation that may be relevant to the finalisation process of any claim.
  8. In your case we received the tracking information on 03 October and we have been informed by the loss adjuster that we will have there report before the end of the week.
  9. Once we have received same, your claim will be forwarded to management for a finalisation decision and you will be notified.
We have been using the Loss Adjusting Company that had contacted you, for the last 15 years, without any incident. If you can be more specific and send a mail to *** we will be more than prepared to follow up and provide feedback. Regards The FSP Solutions Team
